Where You Are Now

Your body used to feel strong.

But now your back tightens when you lift. Your balance feels off. Your movement doesn’t feel like you anymore.

Whether you’re recovering from an injury, dealing with a flare-up, or trying to move better in training — you don’t need to start over, you just need the right reset

  • running injury

  • low back pain

  • headaches

  • stiff shoulders

  • tennis/golfers elbow

You’ve tried rest, stretching, maybe even rehab — but nothing sticks.

You’re not broken. You just need the right reset.

“Most people feel stuck between injury and performance. We help you move forward”

What We Do

A Plan Built Around Your Body — Not a Protocol

We bridge the gap between rehab and performance. At The Movement Clinic, we help active adults and athletes rebuild strength, control, and confidence through evidence-based physical therapy and functional wellnessFunctional dry needling

  • Manual & physical therapy for recovery and mobility

  • Functional dry needling for pain management, muscle activation, and recovery

  • Strength & movement coaching for long-term results

  • Holistic education for body awareness and self-management

Whether it’s discomfort, compensation, or fear of reinjury — we uncover the why behind your limitations and rebuild your body from the ground up.

This isn’t reactive care.

It’s PT-guided movement training designed to restore the way your body is meant to move — now and for the long haul.

You don’t need more therapy.

You need a system that keeps you moving — grounded in science, guided by purpose, and built for your lifestyle.

Meet Dr. Onergis Martinez, PT, DPT

I started The Movement Clinic to serve people like you — active, aging, or rebuilding — who are tired of chasing pain and ready to restore function. Today, inside a Wellbeing Space, I collaborate with trainers and wellness professionals to help clients recover smarter and return stronger

Whether we’re working hands-on with dry needling, retraining your mechanics, or rebuilding strength, every visit is:

  • Backed by clinical reasoning

  • Centered on your goals

  • Designed to make your body feel more capable — not just less painful

There’s no single right way to move — but not moving isn’t an option.

I believe strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, mobility work, and recovery aren’t just workouts — they’re essential tools for long-term health, function, and freedom.

I don’t follow trends. I follow what works — and what lasts.

As a bilingual Doctor of Physical Therapy certified in Functional Dry Needling, I bring a unique combination of clinical precision and whole-person care to every session. My mission isn’t just to treat pain — it’s to help you move with purpose, live with clarity, and reclaim what matters most.

Every session integrates evidence-based physical therapy, performance principles, and holistic education.

Because your body is built to adapt — not to stop. Our job is to guide that process

You’ll feel stronger.

You’ll move with confidence.
You’ll stop second-guessing every step, squat, or swing.

Because your body isn’t broken — it just needs better direction.

“We help you address pain and dysfunction through movement guided by science — not guesswork.”

What Happens When You Delay

When you delay addressing how your body moves, it adapts — but not in the way you want.

Stiffness builds. Confidence fades. Compensation becomes the norm.
And missed opportunities become long-term limitations.

✅ When You Address the Problem:

  • Move without fear

  • Build resilient, functional strength

  • Maintain long-term performance and health

❌ When You Ignore It:

  • More stiffness and hesitation

  • Higher risk of injury

  • Lost energy, lost momentum
